A clean, pale golden pour with just a few visible bubbles. Aroma is honey, grass, apple peel, iron filings. Medium fizzy; medium dry. Slick, low-bodied, no bitterness. Doesn't linger long.

Clear gold with a small white head. Fermented apples, malic acid, sugar, distant funky notes. Light to medium sweet, light sour.

Bottle. Unclear pale golden body with a short lived white head end moderate carbonation. Aroma has green apples, acidic apples, some ripe apple with cellar notes and slightly funky. Flavor is exactly as expected from aroma, sweet and sour combination of apples with both cellar notes and mild funk. Medium to thin bodied and decent aftertaste. A nice , pretty standard traditional sidra, quite rustic with some elegant notes as well.
Unexpectedly had this served at Spanish wine tasting in Dublin. Very “healthy”, fermented, sour taste. Unfiltered.

Bottle from Chester Beer and Wine. Clear pale colour with an aroma of apple skins, a touch earthy. Taste is sweet apple, apple skins, wood, slight bitter finish. Nice fine carbonation. A touch syrupy I guess but I quite enjoyed this one.

70 cl bottle bought at AhorraMás, Mercado de Ventas, Madrid. It cost me less than two bucks! A very hazy lemon-y yellow pour with a greenish cast. Aroma is beeswax, green apple, lemon, lime, apple pie. Taste is bone dry, crisp, medium-bodied and slightly bitter. It lingers quite a bit in the aftertaste. I must say it's not bad despite the low score.

Bottle from Beers of Europe. My first Asturias rate, and also my first Spanish cider. A fizzy yellow cider. Sweet and tart apple juice - maybe a little syrupy, but I like the tartness. Slightly grubby finish, but overall better than I expected.
