On tap at Chuck’s Greenwood, pours a dirty dark mahogany brown with a small beige head. Aroma is full of rich maple syrup, light vanilla, and subtle bourbon in back. Flavour is full of rich maple syrup and vanilla, which is quickly taken over by the bourbon barrels, finishing boozy, sweet and barrel-dominant. Not super complex but nicely barrel-aged with sufficient malt backbone. Very good.

Can from Tavour. Pours very dark brown with a creamy tan head that rapidly diminished. Aroma of bourbon and roasty malt. Arguably full bodied. Not dry. Bourbon/heat stands in for bitterness. It has some dark fruit, dark caramel, bourbon and some wood astringency. Very good flavor.

Half our at Prefunk. Dark, dark brown with a thin, creamy beige head. Sweet roasty aroma with a lot of bourbon. Taste is sweet, roasty, chocolate, coffee and yes, bourbon. Creamy smooth
