Flaske. Pours straw yellow, with a nice and creamy finger thick head. Not very much aroma here, but some light spicy hops comes through. Flavour is citrusy bitter, with lemony hops and a light zesty twist. Nice as a thirst quencher with Indian food, but at most mediocre in all other manners.

Bottled. Golden colour with a white head with short duration. Aroma is light yeasty and malty. Flavor is light sweet, cookies and citrus are present, yeast notes.

330ml bottle. Clear golden colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Muggy, bready, corn aroma. Taste is monotonously sweet, corn flakes. Ugly.

(bottle) pale gold pour with white light/medium head. Aroma/taste is very plain malt, corn and cardboard taste typical of massed produced lagers. As others have said almost seems acceptable with a hot curry and that’s how I had mine, but in the cold light of day this is a decidedly below average brew.

Bottle. Pours fizzy, clear pale golden with quickly vanishing white head. Clear aroma of hops with a cardboard note in the long nose. Sourish onset, replaced by bitter taste of hop. Very richly carbonated. Dry aftertaste. Perhaps a good refresher on an Indian summer’s day, but not any remarkably good beer.

(Bottle at some Indian restaurant in Camden, London, 21 Nov 2012) Pale golden colour with brief, white head. Malty nose with notes of grain, cereal and white bread. Malty taste with white bread, cereal, grain, vegetables and a faint hint of hops in the finish. Medium body, with a certain malt sweetness. Quite bland and boring.

bright golden colour, OK white head; lager-like aroma; taste of artificial (maybe metallic?) bitterness, with some sweet aftertaste, low carbonation; nothing special; one of the worst value for money rate; strongly not recommended for this price (almost 1.5EUR/0.33l in a supermarket!!!)
