02.09.2019 -- 0.33l bottle from an indian shop at gasometerstr in zurich, 2.50 fr. pours a slightly hazy pale golden with a dense head. aroma of honey, biscuit, malts, vegetables, booze. flavour of biscuit and vegetables. sweet, not cloying though. drinkable but nothing special.

Bottle, 0.33l. Black pour, one finger beige head, short lasting. No lacing on the glass. Nice on the nose, herbal, dark fruits, caramel in the background. Thin to medium body, soft carbonation. Average mouthfeel and texture, mild prickly, quite smooth. Taste is a bit on the sweet side with mild bitter liquory notes. Aroma of caramel and toffee. Syrup. Dark fruits, herbs. Liquor, moderately boozy. A bit sticky. Medium lasting finish, dry and liquory, mild alcohol burn on the tongue. Pleasant surprise.

Bottle, 0.33l. Black pour, no head. No lacing. Intense on the nose, strong caramel and cocoa notes, seems quite on the sweet side. Thin body, soft carbonation. Light mouthfeel and texture, soft and smooth. Intense sweet taste, a bit cloying actually. Tons of sugar in this one. Aroma of sugar, molasses, caramel, toffee and cocoa powder. Coffee and cappuccino. Short finish. Not so good. Way too sweet for my taste, not something I'd pick up again.

Aroma has cake dough and pineapple. Sweet, full bodied beer with just a hint of sourness. Strong roasted malt and tropical fruit flavors (pineapple and mango). A tasty tropical treat!

330ml bottle at Shabab in Leeds. Clear golden-brown body, dissipating pearl white head, spotty lacing. Modest smell of cereal and distant herbal hops. Mid-sweet cereal to the taste profile with vague moments of fruity hops beneath. Ends mid-sweet. Okay with the spiced Indian food. (Leeds 02.07.2019).

Can, thanks nico! Darkest brown with big beige head. Aroma is soy sauce mushrooms malty melasses slight roasty coffee. Taste is sweeet malty melasses with a little roasty honey. Not very balanced. Still nice

Bottle to glass at Hotal Colombo in HK. Black syrupy pour with foamy light tan head. Some sediment. Aroma is sweet, coffee, milk chocolate, alcohol. Taste is the same. Boozy. Slick palate. Not bad but not great.
