Tap at Artbar Brno (as Jantar Fresh), after the post-Moravian Homebrewers Meeting, shared with Gurthnar. Clear amber-golden body, thick off-white head. Surprisingly subdued aroma, not just because it was served very, very cold. Light herbal hoppy notes, light caramelly maltiness. No flaws detected at least. Lean, dry taste, some caramelly maltiness again, simple, some herbal, maybe slightly woody hoppy notes, ending dry but also slightly astringent, as it sometimes goes with fresh hop beers. It's clean, but the drinkability wasn't the highest. All in all, a solid take, just too shy and too dry.

Clear golden. Huge white head. Noble hops, floral, light sweet, light malt, medium bitter. Light-medium body. Bitter finish.

Tap at Festival klasternich pivovaru. Very classic weizen feeling, both banana and clove, intense. Light smoke, barely present, but it is, so ok. Good one.

Tap at Festival klasternich pivovaru. Med-thin body, dryish. Medium carbo. Medium bitter, light sweet. Light oxidation. Moderate caramelly maltiness center of flavour. Little else. Goodish, not greatish tho.

Ein Weihnachts- als eher ein Winterbier ☃️. Grundsätzlich ist es als Tschechisches Ležák beschroeben, das allerdings etwas stärker 💪 mit 13° Stammwürze eingebraut wurde. Es ist dabei trüb und we ein Zwickl sehr süffig mit einem getreidigen 🌾Kern. Im Einstieg etwas malziger und im Abgang recht spritzig.
Vielleicht kein Top-Bier, aber als winterliche ❄️ Spezialität sehr schön.

# 4426; 10/2024. Malty, herbal, slightly celary aroma. Murky straw body; persistent white head. Malty, celary, spicy. Very good bohemian light lager (desítka). 0,5 l, draught, craft-beer pub, Olomouc (Moravia, CZ).

Nach den vielen tollen Bieren, die ich im Schrott trank, war dieses Bier ein harter Fall 😵💫. Es war ziemlich sauer und hatte nicht hefiges oder fruchtiges an sich. Damit erhärtet sich meine Aussage, dass Tschechien einfach kein Weizenbier -Land ist.

Ein wirklich ausgezeichnetes 👍 Dunkles 🕶️ tschechischer Brauarr aus der Klosterbrauerei Porta Coeli in der Nähe von Brünn. Nicht zu malzig-süß und nicht zu trocken-bitter ⚖️. Wirklich tolles Tmavý, wie es sein soll.

Tap at MVP 2024, thx JČ! Clear amber-golden body, off-white head. Floral, herbal, bit citric, but also bit socky aroma. Clean, caramelly-malty body, with herbal hoppy notes, ending with a fine bitterness but also a bit too dry perhaps. Still, solid.

Tap at MVP 2024. Hazy yellow-golden body, off-white head. Bubblegum, light banana, wheaty and minerally in the aroma. Wheat maltiness dominates the taste, caramelly. bit phenolic. Okay.
