[ As Dow Bridge Bonum Mild ].Clear medium orange brown color with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, sweet malt, toffee. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, sweet malt, chocolate, dark malt. Quite dark color with a tan layer on top. Decent intensity in the aroma. Medium body and a soft carbonation level. Tad sweet and a moderate bitterness. Semi dry ending. Coffee, roast, mild fruity and some chocolate in the flavor.

Cask @ Beer Shack, Burnley. Amber brown in colour with a small head. Has a sweetened character, subdued somewhat by its floralness. Has some fruit in its aroma and taste too with a hint of chocolate in the former.

Cask-conditioned at the Gryphon, Bristol 30/05/2015. Dark brown with a slight, beige, head. Dark fruits, toasty malts, a slight lactose tang, followed by a gentle finish. Enjoyable.

4.0% Cask gravity at Planet Thanet BF 2015. Clear brown amber colour no real head. Malty under attenuated aroma. Malty sweet. Some condition. But it’s very malty and barley led. Vague hop on finish. Not good.
