Paricolare 19.05.18

33 cl. bottle @ home, gift from Jan-Willem. Clear golden with a thin white head. Yeasty fruity aroma with some honey. Sweet taste, not unlike a tripel. Bitter finish with some dusty notes. Pretty tasty

F: big, off-white, quickly diminishing. C: deep gold to amber, hazy. A: malty, bit caramel, floral, peach, bit apricot. T: malty, bit peach, citrus, grassy, floral, spicy, medium body and higher carbonation, actually not bad for what it is, 33cl bottle as “Altiplano - Bière Bio au Quinoa sans gluten” from Carrefour Market in Vertus, France.

4.5%. Golden straw colour, white foam head leaving lacing and fruity yeasty aroma. Taste is grainy, quinoa, with fruity, yeast, floral citrus note, banana hint, and papery, light bitterness. Thin mouthfeel, light bodied, soft to medium carbonation, dry finish. OK.

Pours a bit hazy amber, topped with large, gushing frothy head, offwhite color. Quite yeasty nose, a bit vinous and fruity. Taste yeasty with some nice though sugary sweetness. A bit fruity candy like with some spiciness in finish. Lightet body.
