[Bottled at Fête de la Biere 2004 and other places] A golden beer with a fine white lasting lazing head. The aroma is sweet spicy with notes of coriander. The flavor is rather sweet spicy with domination of coriander and hops on a malty background, leading to a lightly bitter finish. A quite nice Belgian Ale.

[Bottled at Fête de la Biere 2004] An unclear yellow beer with a small white head. The aroma is spicy wheaty with notes of coriander and lemon. The flavor is spicy with notes of coriander, wheat, lemon, and citrus, but the body is thin. This is a clean fine wit - but nothing special.

Cloudy light amber color. Very nice malty and fruity aroma, almost surprising. Good taste, some caramel and liquorice, malt, light roasted malt note, just a bit too dry, introducing to a more watery and short finish.

Deep gold color; flat of course. Mature, woody, sweet aroma; chestnut honey or mountain honey. Sweetness balanced by a low pH, with woody notes; the alcohol is a bit too evident. Interesting and quite complex, not cloying.
