Bottle. Dark brown, creamy foam. Aroma: caramel, buckwheat, dark malts, a little coffee and chocolate traces, a little spicy yeast, sweet. Taste: caramel, roasted malt, cold coffee, buckwheat, dark and burnt malt, a little chocolate, velvety, a little spice, quite interesting beer.

Bottle 33 cl. Dark gold with amber, hazy, yellowish foam. Aroma: light malt and yeast, slightly spicy, a little apples. Taste: malt, candy, cookies, a little spicy, a little fruity and apple seeds, yeasty.

Bottle 33 cl. Golden color, slightly misty, good white foam. Aroma: wheat, light malt, a little sweet candies and orange peel, a little fruity and coriander. Taste: light, malt and roll, a little zest and coriander, light and refreshing summer beer.

Ecorce d'Orange, Coriandre, froment...nous sommes sur les ingrédients classique pour une blanche. Aromatiquement notre hermine ne s'en tire pas trop mal d'ailleurs, agréable, bien que sur des arômes classiques, mais plutôt bien équilibrés et avec une complexité honorable. Les 4 % d'alcool ne sont cependant pas à la hauteur et n'arrivent pas à soutenir convenablement la structure ni à dynamiser l'ensemble. Il en reste une bière appréciable, désaltérante pour l'été. Le visuel est sur un blond paille avec un très léger voile. Le nez est classique d'une blanche avec citron, céréales, écorce d'orange et coriandre. L'attaque est relativement épicée, la coriandre étant bien en avant. Une légère acidité bien dosée permet de maintenir un minimum de vivacité. La deuxième bouche manque cependant à la fois de nervosité et d'intensité sur un cocktail plus homogène que sur l'attaque. L'acidité est un peu plus marquée sur l'arrière bouche avec des arômes moins complexes. La corpulence est pour sa part limitée. Le final, court, n'apporte rien. Bière de soif.
