Tap at Grand Cru Taproom, Santarcangelo di Romagna, Italy. Pours very pale, bright yellow, fairly hazy, with very fine white foam. Aroma is citrus and a little fruity. Body is kind of thin, with average carbonation. Taste is very delicately acidic, with limited sweetness and bitterness. Final is dry. Overall, very fresh and an easy drink.

can bb1/22 dorato scarico torbida buona schiuma piuttosto persistente naso abbastanza fruttato un po agrume ma non molto intenso cosi in bocca un po corta amaro medio alcol nascosto

Can from Pretesto, Bologna. Hazy yellow, thick, frothy, white head. Aroma of ripe peach, tangerine, pineapple, fresh spring onion, white pepper, breadcrust. Taste has sweetish peach, tangerine, zesty citrus, bitter grapefruit peel & pepper on bready malts. Zesty, floral hoppy finish, peppery with lots of yellow fruit, only light dankness. Medium body, slick texture, average carbonation. Rich but very drinkable.

Really good for a kellerbier. I wouldn’t call it a pils though. Cleaner than most german kellers. It is actually a great descriptor for the beer “kellerpils”... quite ale-like though. Craft beer and coffee
