Il naso riconosce sentori di luppolo. L'intensità olfattiva è elevata e l'esistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il mantello birroso superiore resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine, con qualche bollicina media. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. Il colore è giallo dorato carico. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è decisamente amaro. La forza gustativa è molto elevata. La continuità gustativa è lunga e persistente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano luppolate. Il retrogusto è intenso e persistente. Al gusto vengono donati toni di miele, crosta di pane, frutta secca, agrumi, spezie, pompelmo, ananas, arancia amara, mango, papaya, frutta tropicale, melone, lime ed eucalipto.

Tap at Paguro, Reggio Emilia. Unclear golden color with white head. Aroma is floral, citric hops, mild sweet malts. Taste is good hops, fruity, oily body, low carbonation. Quite a bit better than expected!

A rich and subtle imperial stout, classical and easy to drink with notes of roasted malt, chocolate, vanilla, dry and sweet, hop, 04.01.20, purchased at Bologna, drinking it at Epalinges.

La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana media. Il liquido si presenta velato. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è intenso. La forza gustativa è elevata e la permanenza è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano luppolate. Il retrogusto è intenso. Sulla lingua si attestano sentori di miele, cracker, crosta di pane, frutta secca, agrumi, pompelmo, ananas, arancia rossa, mango, frutto della passione e frutta tropicale.
