Description
At our Canterbury based brewery & taproom we make hop-forward, delicious, flavourful beer, brewed with the finest ingredients; beer that makes people smile, liquid sunshine, to be enjoyed with friends, family or whoever makes you you.

We wanted to create a community driven brewery building a culture that does well and does good, holding charity events to support the community in which we work. We will endeavour to grow slowly, create an environment of employment that educates and is enjoyable to work in and, like our beer, we will never be rushed. Our beer is unfiltered for the utmost flavour, always vegan and best enjoyed fresh.

Draft @ Beer Ditch, Malmö. Pours a hazy yellow color with a white head. Has a fruity malty grassy hoppy tropical fruit aroma. Fruity malty grassy hoppy flavor. Has a fruity malty grassy hoppy tropical fruit finish.

30th July 2022
Can. Hazy orange gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light, mildly dry and has a good fine minerally crispness. A light hop skunk on the snout. The malts are smooth and have a decent creamy sweetness. Hops follow the nose, a light savoury skunk. Crisp pine. Reasonably bright citrus but very much second fiddle to the skunk. Light finish. A touch skunkier than I would normally like, but this goes down easy.

Keg @ Tap & Can. Misty gold appearance, small white head. Good tropic medley aroma, continuing to taste, quite sweet and exceptionally fruity with bubblegum hints. Decent.

Cloudy yellow-gold witha small, bubbly white head and a soft fruity nose. Sharp up front with a lovely fruity taste and soft bitterness in the background

Can at home picked up from HOTM. A light hazed bright golden yellow coloured pour with a lasting frothy white head. Aroma is nice funky citrus, guava, papaya, mellow dank, bready grains, grassy citrus. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, big juicy hop, melon balls, mellow citrus, papya, mango. Palate is semi sweet, juicy, moderate carbonation. Nice!

Can in the garden, 9th July 22. Pours a light hazy straw colour. Aroma is peach and citrus. Taste is smooth, peach, earthy, medium bitter, soft and pillowy, a nice earthy, dank and bitter linger, with a little pine and sweat. Another goodie from Floc

440ml can. Clear golden with a white head. Aroma of pale grainy malts and light grassy hops. Taste is malty, grains, grassy hops with a touch of citrus, bittersweet. Medium bodied. Lovely Pils.

Can. Hazy golden beer with a cream head. Tropical fruit and light summer fruit aroma. Tropical fruit flavor. Medium bodied. Good bitterness. Tropical fruit and light summer fruit linger.
