Description
At our Canterbury based brewery & taproom we make hop-forward, delicious, flavourful beer, brewed with the finest ingredients; beer that makes people smile, liquid sunshine, to be enjoyed with friends, family or whoever makes you you.
We wanted to create a community driven brewery building a culture that does well and does good, holding charity events to support the community in which we work. We will endeavour to grow slowly, create an environment of employment that educates and is enjoyable to work in and, like our beer, we will never be rushed. Our beer is unfiltered for the utmost flavour, always vegan and best enjoyed fresh.

Can at home, 22nd December 22., pours a light hazy orange. Aroma is mango and citrus. Taste is sweet citrus, tropical fruits, mangoes, fortunately some bitterness in the finish, in what is a pretty overwhelming sweet DIPA

Keg at Foley's Tap House, Leeds. Light yellow/gold and hazy with a fluffy white head. Sharp melon and pineapple in the aroma, with lighter notes of white grapefruit. There's a very initial sweetness to the taste but the hoppy bitterness takes over surprisingly quickly. Long finish is more balanced with loads more melon. Full, creamy body with carbonation on the heavy side. Love it.

440ml can. Hazy golden, white head. Aroma of pine and fresh citrus fruits. Taste is very piney, a bit floral/herbal, fresh citrus fruit, assertive bitterness. Medium bodied. These English hopped IPAs are getting much better.

Keg @ Tap and Can. Hazed yellow appearance, white head. Crisp citrus ruling both aroma and flavour here. Nice.
