Cask at the Gig House, Wokingham, 01/08/14. Clear pale golden with a well appointed off white covering. Nose is pale malts, green apple, floral rinse, bready notes. Taste comprises orchard fruit, light vanilla vein, NZ hop pangs, soft bread dough, lemon rind, floral tones. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Probably a golden blonde for me as opposed to a bitter, in great shape, could session on this.

(Cask at Black Door, 20140411) The beer poured reddish brown and clear. Its head was small, white, dense and it lasted long. Aroma had toffee, malts and caramel. Palate was medium bodied with low carbonation. Flavours were toffee, malts, caramel, sweet hops, earth and bitterness. Aftertaste had toffee, malts and bitterness. A nice balanced bitter.

Cask at The Guildford. Pours clear amber, decent just off-white head. Nice citrus and berry hop aromas, but quite a lot of butterscotch. More butter on the taste too. Light caramel sweetness. OK.
