Sour tartness that slowly unfolds itself, bit of minerals, black cherries, light vinegar with loads of wine cork flavor.

650mL bottle, pours a clear golden (totally filtered) with a medium white head. Aroma brings out yeast, light pears, and a touch of candied sugar. Flavour brings out loads of Belgian yeast, booze, and a touch of candied sugar. Quite boozy for an 8%, with a very low complexity. Not very refined or elegant in any way. Nothing offensive, but not very skilled. A miss from Driftwood.

This sour is a little heavy on the woody aftertaste. Pours a nice red with lacing and some head. Cherry and booze in aroma with average to fizzy carbonation. Bottle thanks to Liam.

Bottle - Malt, brown sugar, raisins and a bit of yeast. Bubbly brown head with a clear dark mahogany hue. Toasted malts, prunes, some yeast and a clean dry finish. Very simple and light, not bad.

Poured from the tap. Clear reddish brown with full beige head. Malt and belgian yeast aroma with just hints of dark fruit. Taste of sweet toffee, only hints of a traditional dubble. Very simple body.
