Description
Going back twenty years, he brothers Stephane and Ludovic Hardouin, both lovers of Belgian beers, live in the Paris region. For 6 years, they traded beers, and developed an address book with restaurateurs, wine merchants and winegrowers. In 2002 they decided to strengthen their activity. No more reselling and making their own beer at home. They got started by setting up their brewery in Céré la Ronde in 2003, near their family.
Today it is a growing business of 4 people. Each year production is increasing (+ 10% / year on average) and the maximum production capacity has not yet been reached.
The beers created by the brewery are 100% pure malt (barley and malted wheat). They are unfiltered, unpasteurized and refermented in the bottle. Among the brewery's projects, growing their own hops. Since 2019, it has been home to the first hop plants. The idea is to supplement the hop purchases and why not, to make a beer from this house culture.

White grape and DMS smell. Hazy yellow, thick head, good lacing. Thin body and very dry.. Nice soft carbonation. White grape flavor, a little plastic, weak. Fancy bottle and label, poor liquid. Resembles a watered down saison more than a wit.

bottle from Cave a Bulles Paris. The back label says bière blonde, not blanche. Hazy pale golden colour, large white head. Dusty hops on a malty base with a touch of honey and an undefinable sourness (very shy). Unusual, interesting.

75 cl bottle @ Gastropub Tuulensuu, BBE 11/2013?
Aroma is stale with herbs floral notes and some citron. Flavour is stale with floral notes, some yeast, cardboard and hints of citron. Dry finish. Watery palate is a bit too high on CO2. Not very refreshing as beers of this kind should be.

Bottle. A small, off-white head sits on top of a lightly unclear, golden body. Lightly sourish on the nose, with citrus notes, some sweetish pale malts and a little spiced hint. It’s semi-dry and medium bodied, a bit low on carbonation maybe. Pale malts, sweetness, some spiced notes and citrus in the flavor. Overall, rather boring and uninteresting. 120623
