Description
Going back twenty years, he brothers Stephane and Ludovic Hardouin, both lovers of Belgian beers, live in the Paris region. For 6 years, they traded beers, and developed an address book with restaurateurs, wine merchants and winegrowers. In 2002 they decided to strengthen their activity. No more reselling and making their own beer at home. They got started by setting up their brewery in Céré la Ronde in 2003, near their family.
Today it is a growing business of 4 people. Each year production is increasing (+ 10% / year on average) and the maximum production capacity has not yet been reached.
The beers created by the brewery are 100% pure malt (barley and malted wheat). They are unfiltered, unpasteurized and refermented in the bottle. Among the brewery's projects, growing their own hops. Since 2019, it has been home to the first hop plants. The idea is to supplement the hop purchases and why not, to make a beer from this house culture.

A hazed blonde wit with a thin white head. In aroma, smooth fruity malt with light acidulated character, not bad. In mouth, a refreshing light wit with faint fruity banana esters, light coriander, OK. Bottle at Le Quincampe. BB 19-11-2015.

Bottle at home. Has a misty straw colour and with an off-white colored creamy foam head of medium size. Much carbonation can also be observed, and the beer looks quite attractive. The aroma is fruity and slightly acidic with notes of apple, Belgian yeast, hy, meringue (!), and some citrus. The taste is more characterized by citrus, and also something strange and chlorine like. This make the beer feel unbalanced. Mouth feel is slick, and has a light bitterness. The aroma is interesting, but the taste is funny and has a weird bitterness in the aftertaste. Feels fresh though.

Bottle, 75cl. An unclear one, yellow to golden in color, topped by a two-finger white head. Chicken farm, dusty cellar and fruityness in the aroma. Strange, but it’s quite nice. The flavor is fruity with something almost reminiscent of wet cardboard, but without being that. Grains and chalk notes too, and a faint bitterness towards the end. Medium body. A strange one, but write nice anyway. 130607

At the First Kinki Beer Tasting. A gold pour with a spicy fruity aroma & a light to medium body. The flavor came off sour, vegetal & slightly sour. Most of the people at the tasting thought it was off and/or infected. I think it suffered in transit.
