500ml bottle from trade with Erzengel! Many thanks. Pours amber, large white head. Aroma is grainy biscuit malts. Taste is fairly light, mild caramel, weak hop, a bit past it.

Bottle 750ml. w. swing top. [ As Detmolder Chardonnay Hopfen ].Clear medium amber orange color with a large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, light caramel, herbs, grapes, mango, figs, fruity hops. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, sweet malt, fruity malt, wine - grapes, pale malt, herbs, mango - figs. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160625]

From 750 ml bottle at Ulfborg. Hazy orange color with off white head. Malty and light yeasty aroma, grain, caramel, light fruity, spicy. Sweet and bitter taste. Medium oily body with soft carbonation.

Dusty brown with almost no head. Aroma is fish, a little smokey, nuts. Taste is more fish a little soap and quite heavy malts. Rather short finish. Meh.

Bottle. Dark chestnut, offwhite cream. Sweet, nutty, light oxidation, slight necrosis, medium light body, a bit roast, minerally, grassy. A bit past its prime.

Bottle, cold. Cherry aroma. Claret colour, pink bubbles. Medium light body, mellow palate. Spicy start, clove on the forefront, fits with the fruitiness, peppery quick finish, sweet but not cloyingly so.
