Poured from 750mL bottle (bottled Nov 01, 2017). Lightly hazed auburn brown with small off white head. Mild acetic vinegar note on the nose with some wood and caramel malt. Expected a Flanders. Taste starts off same, quite feint and muted, but ultra drying quality that strips away all the flavour middle to end of the swallow. Seems a bit off, disappointing. Improved as it warmed - adding more body and lost the drying finish. Improved significantly (went from a 3.0 to a 3.5)

Wow, gusher!!
This beer throughout the whole bottle was almost unpourable. The foam would take off and overflow everywhere. Once I got the foam to subside, the aroma was a touch funky, sweet, candied tropical fruit, and bready, yeasty malts. The finish is sweet, and yeasty, with more candied fruit.I nice beer, but not worth the price.

Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Orangey golden colour, thin white foam head and aroma of funk, yeast, soured fruits, citric rind. Taste is sour fruity, wood barrel, funky, citrus rind, salty, with light bitterness. Slick mouthfeel, medium bodied, light carbonation, funky soured finish. Nicely drinkable.

Panda at home, thanks to Graham Grumbo, 17/09/23. Moderately haze carrot shade of orange with an white cap that dissipates edgewards. Nose is vinous, tarte citric, green berry must, touch of dry rot, damp alleyway, farmyard esters. Taste comprises sharp fruit rinds, vinous, funk, green berry must, tannins, damp oak, lemon rind, herb. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close with a balanced acidic kiss. Decent.
