Bottle at Colher de Pau, Ipanema. It pours orange, with a thin white head. The nose is full of sweet orange fruit: orange, mango and apricot, as well as caramel and sweaty sock. The taste is orange, mango, apricot, marmalade, hay, soap, caramel and some alcohol warmth, with a bitter-citric finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. A really solid IPA, with good orange fruit.

A deep dark porter with a thin off white head. In aroma, sweet murkey chocolate, light soy sauce, beany notes. In mouth, a smooth chocolate malt with light lactic notes, peaty,, a bit boring. Bottle at Mondiale 2011, June 11 2011.

A golden amber ale with a thin off white head. A rather strong malty aroma, spent grains, very pilsen like. In mouth, a grassy malty beer with roasted notes, more like a dunkel. Bottle at Mondial 2010.
