0.375l bottle, huge thanks Jonas for sharing with us! Lightly hazy golden body, off-white head. Big elderflower aroma, AGAIN, lightly more dank than the other versions. Lean, dry, bit minerally elder taste, smooth, but even more one-dimensional than the original and the aged versions. Still nice enough, but I liked the aged version better.

Bottle 5/45. Hazy amber-golden, lowish head. Subtle nose, light funky peachfuzz, medium body, some remaining fruity sweetness, flowery on the palate, pleasant elderflower retronasal. Quite clean actually, less funk than in the official and unofficial aged bottles. The wild yeast did not dontoo much work on the bottle yet at this point.

Bottle that Jonas brought along, had this in the company of Jonas, Ursula and Marko Saturday 8th February 2025 at home, Manglham cooking Lasagna later and listening to ByteFM. Loz has made three different types of bread and a Gooseberry Crumble Cake. Pours murky dirty gold, white head soon departed. The effervescence has dropped off with this one compared to the previous two. Once again the elderflower in the mouth is great, quite remarkable actually how well it comes through, but and this is a big but the wildness is lost a little, seems a touch confused and even shows a bit more sweetness than the other two when I was hoping for a funky edge.

0.375l bottle, huge thanks Jonas for sharing with the other Mangled Hams! Very clear pale golden body, off-white head. Again the very pleasant, huge elder-driven aroma. BIt tart, citric base, quite dry, soft, with pleeenty of elderflower notes. Hmmm... very much pleasant!

Bottle that Jonas brought along, had this in the company of Jonas, Ursula and Marko Saturday 8th February 2025 at home, Manglham cooking Lasagna later and listening to ByteFM. Loz has made three different types of bread and a Gooseberry Crumble Cake. Pours almost clear mid gold, lovely effervescence, a touch of haze, great white head. More elderflower on the nose than the regular version. Plenty of elderflower in the mouth. A very good saison, nice mouthfeel. I like this but perhaps I am leaning towards the regular version as the better beer.
