Clear dark brown beer, creamy beige head, unstable, adhesive. Aroma: sweet caramel, some dried fruits, very ripe to rotten fruits. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: sweet caramel, mocha, bit of red berries. Aftertaste: mocha, coffee, brown sugar. A bit sweet, but not bad at all!

Can @ Ulfborg, Early Winter Tasting, 2011. Pours clear golden with a frothy white head and lacings.Anonymous nose. A bit of grain and corn. Thin palate. Paperish and watery. Bland.

Can @ FOneFan. Clear dark yellow with small white head. Aroma is malt, straw and hops. Flavour is malt, dry, hay, medium sweet and a tiny bit bitter.

Can 50 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Clear yellow with a dense and lacing white head. Some sweet malts in the nose. Medium body, pale malts, quite some metal that lingers all through the finish. Some detectable hops. 311011

Das Aushängeschild der Ursus-Brauerei wird im Lande als High-quality-Bier in der Gastronomie ausgeschenkt (was in einem Land, in dem Bier standardmäßig in 2l-Plastikflaschen verkauft wird nicht schwer ist, meine ich). Für mich ist es ein typisches eher leichtes (ein bisschen wässriges) Feierabendbier, aber per se in Ordnung. Es lässt sich gut trinken, ist aber nix Außergewöhnliches.
