Very nice. Almost redolent of Hill Farmstead. Maybe a bit more oak and autolysis. Grapes extremely well-integrated. Low acidity.
Ok that's just too low acid. All for lower acid sours these days but this is just wheat and buttery oak. Grape not too expressive. Nothing sweet here, chewy texture. But yeah, the lack of perky acidity creates a complete lack of brightness. Just sort of there. Very buttery.

On tap at Tip Tap Room, pours a clear amber with a small white head. Aroma is full of acetic notes, musty red grape skins, and oak. Flavour is surprisingly mellow compared to the almost abrasive taste; there’s soft grape skins, wild yeast, oak, maybe some THP (Cheerios) in the background. Seems a bit faded, but it is very drinkable and blended well. Decent but underwhelming given the ambition.

Bottle 33cl. @home poured into a teku glass. Clear redbrown colour, no head, no lacing. Aroma sweet and sour, wood, apple syrup, black berries, red currants, wood. Fruity sour taste, green apple, black berries, red currants, unripe red grapes, vinegar, woody notes. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation, lingering sour aftertaste, very nice.

Tap at BGB, thanks Gurthnar! Clear golden body, off-white head. Juicy aroma, grapes, woody note, citric touches, oaky. Smooth oaky taste, juicy, creamy, low sourness, light citric notes. Clean and simple taste-wise, quite pleasant.

Tap at Prague Beer Fest 2026. Hazy brown-red body, off-whtie head. Quite acetic aroma, berries, saliva. Lean, sour oaky, acetic taste, somewhat gluey, berries, light warmth but as a whole pretty nice!
