Thinnish, simple. Medium green apple character, no sophistication, just raw lame sourness. It would be pretty hard to present this as intentional.

Bottle at Glory: pours orangish reddish with not much head. Aroma is funky, plenty of hibiscus, little dirty sock notes. Taste is lightly sour, somewhat sour, flowery. Better than what other people say. In short I enjoyed this.

Dorée, léger pâle, col blanc effervescent peu tenace.
Arôme sur un bouquet classique finement 'sour' avec une culture sauvage maison rustique - nez agrumes, petite pointe épicée je note un léfer effet fumé.
Palais sur une belle base d'agrumes, thé noir en infusion - citron type loomi est nouveau pour moi - petite note pâtissieère avec un effet cardamome qui perdure. Grains/céréales ne fin de bouche, facile à boire sans être surfait.

Tap at Brasserie Arnage, Cesena, Italy. Pours loaded gold, almost amber, with limited medium grained white foam. Aroma is delicately fruity, berries, a little funky. Body is slightly thin, with moderate carbonation. Taste is medium sour, a hint of balsamic. Final is still sour, fairly long (for a sour).

750ml Bottle. At the February DCBeer share. Poured a clear golden color with a medium sized white head. A lot of lavender on the nose, but not a lot of rosemary. Definitely some herbal, rosemary flavor. Interesting stuff?

Hand pumped at Brasserie Arnage, Cesena, Italy. Pours yellow gold, scarcely transparent, with just some initial raw foam from pouring. Aroma is fruity, a little lemony, funky of course. Body is average, with weak carbonation. Nice astringency. Taste is rather sour, pungent, a little acetic. Final is rather long, sour, a little chewy.

Bottle shared. Clear light golden. Sweet grapes, soft funk, white pepper, oak, vanilla, peach, yoghurt. Just medium sweet and sour. Solid medium bodied. Lovely stuff, this is almost 4 years old but still bright and fresh. Yum.
