0,75l bottle at home. yellow clear color, small white head. smells hay, stone fruits, grassy, earthy. Nice smell. Light body, soft carbonation. tastes grassy, earthy, peppery, herbal, stone fruits. finishes lightly dry and lightly sour with notes of grassy, earthy and peppery notes. Nice one, not overly complex

Bottle. Malt Attacks. Colour of raspberry jelly. Light haze. Slimmest ring of pink. Nose has blackcurrant. Lemon juice. Quite herbal, along the lines of thyme flowers. A bit lactic. A bit balsamic. Taste is tart sharp and fairly dry. Modicum of sweetness on the lips. Decent body with some grape juice acidity. Tart and fruity finish. I opened this 24 hours ago and didn’t finish it because the acidity was overpowering. It seems to have settled nicely now, though. Decent.
