500ml bottle from Bondgate Tap, Darlington. Clear orangey gold colour, white foam head and aroma of apple, leathery funk, loamy, smoke hint. Taste is tangy, tart, appley, spicy, wood, funky, with a smokey note and drying tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry tannic finish. Quite drinkable.

Draught at Bondgate Tap, Darlington. Golden colour, thin white foam head and aroma of apple, fruit. Taste is tangy, appley, funk, with some tartness and alittle tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, drying tart finish. Quite OK

Keg at Bondgate Tap, Darlington. Golden colour, thin white head and aroma of apple, funk hint. Taste is appley, tangy, alittle biscuit, straw, funk, with some tartness and drying bitter tannins. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry tart & tannic finish. Quite drinkable

Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers! Aroma is of pears and apples. Very dry finish and slightly watery. It is more dry and sour than anything really coming through on the taste at the end.

3/9/2024. Bottle shared by danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear pale gold with minimal head. Aroma is sharp apple, tangfastic sweet, tannins, slight leathery edge. Moderate sweetness, light tartness. Medium body, light carbonation. Nice drying finish. Enjoyable.
