Bottle from Futtle brewery. Pours hazy pale yellow with no head. Light carbonation. Aromas of apple and pear. Taste is tart and funky. Light dry apple skin on the finish.

Appearance - murky yellow with gentle carbonation and the odd floater.
Nose - tart apple, quince and crabapple.
Taste - tart cooking apple and crabapple.
Palate - light bodied, very tart middle and finish.
Overall - very tart.

75 cl bottle. Unclear, very pale straw golden body with practically no head. Quite much of lemon in aroma, green and yellow apple,mild honey and flowers. Flavor is light and delicate, acidic apple, yellow apple and lemon. Rather tart but something feels a bit sweet at the same time, perhaps honey, flowers or something difficult to describe, light funky, wood and hay. Medium to thin bodied and long lasting, tart, acidic aftertaste. Feels quite plain at the first sips, with more complexity on its way when working through the bottle. Superb together with cod.

Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers GB! Aroma is savoury (almost cheese like), herbal and woody. Taste is woody and grassy but not getting much apple. not really sure about this one.

Panda at home, thanks to Ed Danlo, 23/11/23. Almost clear pale yellow to light golden with some bubbles clinging to the edge of the glass. Nose is tangy apples, herb, phenols, straw, grains, light funk. Taste comprises sharp apples, vinous, light acidic bimble, straw, tannins, apple core. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, drying close. Not bad.

750ml bottle from Futtle Shop. Slightly hazed pale yellow colour, no head and aroma of straw, funk, apple. Taste is tart, sourish, sharp, apple, with an acetic edge, some citric rind, fruit, straw hint and light acidity. Medium bodied, low carbonation, drying sour acidic finish. Nicely drinkable.

750ml bottle. Hazy yellow colour, short-lived fizzy white foam head and aroma of fleshy apple, citric, straw. Taste is apple, sourish, citric, zingy, funky, acidic with some straw notes. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry tart sour finish. Nicely drinnkable.

Sample, thanks to danlo. Cheers Ed! Pours a pale greenish colour, faint mist. Aroma of pear drops, pastry, dentist mouthwash. Taste continues along similar lines, fine carbonation, confident acidity, sharp with an interesting steely blend, delicate cava-like air of flavours coming into play. Develops nicely in the glass, and presents a strong originality compared to standard Spanish sidra.
