0.5 l bottle from 'Különleges Sörök Boltja', best before October 2018. Clear, reddish amber with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, beige head. Sweetish-malty, minimally fruity aroma of caramel, toasted nuts and a touch of raisins. Moderately sweet, malty, minimally fruity taste of caramel, toasted nuts, a touch of dark honey and traces of raisins, followed by a short, moderately bitter, minimally grassy-spicy finish with a touch of cardboard. Almost medium-bodied, smooth and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Solid, probably not in its best condition anymore.

Der Trend zu glutenfreien Bier ist auch nach Tschechien gekommen. Es ist das klassische 12-grädige Helle der Brauerei, nur in glutenfreier Form. Dabei leidet der Geschmack nicht unter dem Fehlen von Gluten. Für Allergiker sicher ein gutes Bier.
