Bottle to tulip.
Appearance: amber color with a one finger white foamy head which trailed off nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: white pear, grassy/vinous character, earthy notes, white grapes, crushed coriander, subtle floral, some orange peel
Flavor: melds the prior noted aromas to a fine earthy sweet to vinous quality; finishes somewhat floral and with the orange peel
Texture: light to medium bodied, somewhat sessionable; light smoothness and subtle sharp vinous to coriander nicks the tongue slightly
Overall: for the most part, this is a pretty nicely done Belgian IPA I think I could come back to.

Aroma: floral to citrusy hops with some malty caramel/toffee whiffs, some Brett/sour accents, light oak notes and a light earthy to herbal tone in there too
Flavor: blends the prior noted aromas to a fine sour to tart to semi-sweet floral to earthy quality; finishes the same way
Texture: medium bodied, somewhat a sipper; light smoothness but also some quaint sour accents that seem to more or less just coat the tongue here
Overall: I liked this one for me but it seems the Brett isn't as sour as some other Brett beers.

Bottle to tulip.
Appearance: golden amber color with a finger's worth of white foamy head which slipped off somewhat quick and barely left any lace
Aroma: light apple cidery to funky to whiskey barrel/woody tart to sour and vinegary-like, subtle Brett/sour-ish tones and a light honey to apricot-ish scent somewhat in there too
Flavor: seems to combine somewhat sour to tart with a woody sweet barrel accent; finishes pretty much the same as the apricot tone comes back in that department
Texture: medium bodied, leaning towards being a sipper; light smoothness but some tart sharpness hitting the tongue in an acceptable way
Overall: I'd say a pretty good beer but don't ask me if this is truly a saison. Just try for yourself and enjoy.

Aroma: lemon notes with some coriander and orange peel; slight sour character, some funk, some Brett/sour and a touch of herbal character further down in there
Flavor: seems to blend the prior noted aromas to a fine sour to citrusy and lightly spicy quality; finishes somewhat funky, sour and citrusy

Aroma: strawberry sweet and tart tones; light sour notes, subtle lemon, light sweet wafer tones, subtle sweet wheat
Flavor: wraps up the prior noted aromas to a fine sweet to tart to sour vibe; finishes strawberry sweet and tart
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable; some smoothness but also a light invasive sour assertiveness edging the tongue
Overall: if they marketed this as a "fruit beer" I bet it might have done better but to me I don't see the Berliner weisse in it.

On tap at McGillicuddy's, Five Corners, Essex Junction, VT.
Appearance: dark brown color with a thin cap of a little eggshell white foamy head which trailed off and didn't leave any lace.
Aroma: roasted coffee tones, dark chocolate, milk chocolate, peanut butter powder with some earthiness underneath
Flavor: copies the aromas fairly spot on but seems to leave out the earthy tone; finishes semi-smooth yet dry with a touch of the chocolate and an even lighter note of the peanut butter
Texture: light to medium bodied, somewhat sessionable; light smoothness but also a powdery dry note to it
Overall: seemed a bit lighter than expected on the peanut butter but still not a bad beer, might be a nice dessert beer.

Flavor: blends the prior noted aromas to a fine sweet smooth to Belgian spicy quality; finishes Belgian sweet & spicy
Texture: medium bodied, leaning to be a sipper; some smoothness but also some yeasty spice enacting a light assertiveness to the tongue

Appearance: dark brown close to black with a one finger off-white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: mixed chocolate whiffs; slight floral and spicy tones of the rye; light bready quality; light coffee notes
Flavor: captures the prior noted aromas to somewhat blend; finishes semi-rye-like with some light coffee notes
Texture: light to medium bodied, somewhat sessionable; light smoothness as the rye seems to not enact much harshness along the tongue
Overall: I was hoping also to find the "sweet" part of the rye but that never showed up and somehow though this beer wasn't watery, it seemed to come close
