Poured from the tap. Hazed amber with minimal white head. Oak, light citrus, gentle tartness, quite nice.

Hazy, with big prickly pear nose. This is always a fruit I usually enjoy quite a bit in beer. Can we grow this in the south Okanagan? That would be cool. Tart on the palate, with plenty of prickly pear fruit. It's also acetic and tannic but bringing that fruit.

Poured from 750mL bottle. Cloudy dull orange with very minimal white head. Vinous and acidic with some berry notes, decent.

750ml @ Sales Force. Appearance: hazy copper with almost no head. Aroma: acidic, barrel, berries. Taste: along the same lines with interesting candy-ish berries notes. Overall: quite unique and interesting.

Cloudy, amber, some plum sort of colour to this. The aroma has a bit of acetic, and on the palate it's got a nice vinous note. It is sharp, and there's a nice fruitiness from the sangiovese, which lends nice sweetness.

Mellow character. Some orange, sweetish but leading to a tart, sharp finish. Overall, though, it's fairly simple.

Amber colour with a slight haze. Soft malt, but quickly this turns to be quite tart. Peachy fruit before a bracing finish.

Bottle sample at Farmhouse Fest 2022, pours a cloudy dark orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out musty orange zest, earthiness and light oak. Flavour is oaky, with orange zest, earhtiness, and tartness. Good but nothing special.
