Taste is tangy, tart, fruity, apple, musty with notes of bread, yeast, white-wine and drying acidity. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry acidic finish. Nicely drinkable.

Taste is sweetish, apple, fruity, juicy, citric, with wood barrel, oak, chestnut, some zingy tartness and slight tannin. Slick mouthfeel, medium bodied, light carbonation, drying light tart & tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

Taste is sweetish, apple, juicy, stone fruit, citrusy, zesty with some tartness. Light bodied, spritzy carbonation, drying fruity tart finish. Nicely drinkable.
