Established in 2019
We opened the doors to our brewpub on 13th June 2019, with the aim to create a beating heart at the centre of our business. A place for us to engage and interact with the people who drink our beer, and shorten the distance between production and glass. Our Brewpub was crowdfunded, with 1500 people investing in our small company. We are incredibly proud to be the custodians of a site that has over 250 years of brewing history within its walls.

Train beer on Southampton day out. Clear gold. No head. Aroma is malty with a sour edge. Feint fruit. Flavourwise it has immediate citrus sourness underlying malts and some veg. Light. Thin. Soft carbonation. Long dry finish. Nice enough.

Cask at the Southampton Arms, London on 9th September 2025. Clear copper with shallow, yellowy white foam and full lacing. Nutty malts aroma. Grassy hoppiness in-mouth with a nutty malt and an avalanche of citrus on the tongue. Citrus and maltiness linger in the finish. A few bitter grasses return. Smooth mouthfeel and a light body.

On tap at The Pond, Brighton. Lots of classic cloudy lemonade aromas, spot of lime. Refreshing cloudy lemonade taste. Went down very nicely especially after me first Wendy burger since the one shut down in Lewisham High Street back in the 90s!
