Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear yellow with a white head. Sweet lemon aroma - downplayed though. Light body, perfumy fruits and artificial lemon and vanilla sugar. No bitterness. 161209

Bottle. Golden, few bubbles, low white layer. Light spongy sweet malt aroma. Hayish sugary sweet entry, aromatic honeyish notes, just about enough hop balance but tilted to the sweet side. Oily mouthfeel, full body.

Bottle. Hayish aroma. Bubbly golden, white cream. Medium body, chewy grain and spicy malt, good hop balance, grassy, light aromatic. Not super-christmassy, but a pleasnt Helles.

Bottle. Aromatic, light honeyish aroma. Pale yellow, low lacing head, champagne carbonation. Watery start, light hay, a hint hops. Not much to latch on to here - not offensive, but quite boring too.

Bottle. It did it best to find it’s way out of the bottle on it’s own, but I beat it and poured a cloudy copper-colored body under a big, rocky off-white head collapsing into a two-finger layer of quite dense bubbles. Nice lacings settles as I drink. Quite bubblegum-ish nose with banana and hints of citrus initially, soon balanced by caramel and some cellar. The flavor has lots of banana and bubblegum too, with the caramel blending in. There’s a slight vegetal touch as well as some hoppy bitterness. A bit thin on the palate, at least for my likings, and with a fine effervescency. Fine bitterness in the finish. Overall, this is a decent beer, but lacks on body and has a flavor and aroma that shoud be more pronounced. 091121

(bottle) Clear, copper colour with a dense, mid-sized and slightly tanned foamy head. Sweet and moderately toasted malty aroma with notes of candy/molasses and subtle fruity notes. Sweet flavour, full bodied with a soft carbonation. Robust malty base with toasty notes, Bavarian Blockmalz and caramel; sweet malty and slightly alcoholic finish. Decent Bock, but not very complex. 21.X.09

Bottle (copyright by joss!): Golden with a greenish shee, mid-sized lacy white head, dryish grainy-hoppy nose; light bodied, dry light bitter flavour; suppressed hoppy aromas in the sweetish-grainy finish. Not too great..........
