Bottle, 5.3%. Mild baking yeast aroma. Almost clear dark brown colour. Nice stable creamy tan head. The flavour is mild, slightly roasted, sour hint, perhaps just citric. Roasted note in the finish.

Bottle from beerangel.de, shared with ogivlado Poured a murky brown body, quite nice with a fine off white head that went away relatively slowly. Some light roaty maltiness in the nose.... dog food? Not too much. Some roasty coffeish maltiness in the taste too, ending with something bitter that might just be hops.... wheaty, slightly lactic and yeasty. Nice for a dunkel, expected more from a dunkel weizen. And again a wheat with no esters. Damn.

Bottle (copyright by joss!): Pale greenish-golden, a bit unclear, mid-sized bleached head; grainy - almost a bit cardboardy - nose with a solid herbal-hoppy backbone; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied, quite soft; slightly lingering hoppy and grainy to pale-malty finish. Not too bad.......

Bottle, 5.3%. Citric aroma, very little spice. Hazy golden colour. Small stable white head. The flavour is a bit dull, some lemon, a bit of yeast. OK refreshing, but not so flavourful.

(bottle, 33cl) Slightly unclear, greenish golden colour with a medium-sized foamy white head. Quite sweet malty and moderately grainy aroma with notes of herbal and light peppery hops. Sweet and slightly bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a rather soft carbonation. Slightly strawy and grainy pale malty taste with herbal and spicy accents; medium-dry sweet malty and shy hop bitter finish. A bit sweet but nevertheless likeable Pilsener. 28.XII.09

(bottle, 33cl) Slightly unclear, pale golden colour with a mid-sized foamy white head.Grassy hoppy nose with slightly perfumed malty and grainy notes. Slightly bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a crispy mouthfeel. Pale malt-character, slightly strawy and grainy taste with grassy hoppy accents; rather dry and moderately bitter finish with grassy hops. Not bad, just a bit boring. 28.X.09

bottle, traded with joss - thanks! Clear golden colour with a mid-sized white head. Malty nose. Full-bodied, malty base with some nice aromatic hops that add a toluch of citrus fruit.

Thanks to MoritzF for this one. Bottle looks not spectacular, the beer in the glass is okay. Starts very spicy, much too wheaty, quite dry. Finish also a bit woody and unbalanced. Not really a good beer!
