Large foamy white head on a finely carbonated dull golden coloured body. Grain, cardboard & cereal aroma. Medium bodied, foamy with a cloying back. Malt, sweet berry, stone fruit &alt tastes with a fruity finish. Tastes like San Miguel!

Bottle from Altinger. Clear chestnut brown, tan head. Dark roasted sugar/molassis, licorice nose. Medium body, restrained carbonation. Light burnt notes, dark sugar and caramel, nutty, light cocoa herbal bitter finish.

Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up from HOTM. ABV noted at 5.5%. Pours crystal clear yellow-gold with a frothy, pure white head. Light sweet flavour with notes of pale bread, a little doughy biscuit, soft bitter hay. Light bodied with average carbonation. Decent balance to finish, more doughy biscuits, pale bread, low bitterness. Basic but drinks fine.

Eine Dunkle 🌑 Hefeweizen,, das wirklich hübsch 🫦 anzuschauen ist, aber geschmacklich im bayrischen Mittelfeld bleibt (was per se ja gut ist). Ein klassischer Durstlöscher, bei dem man nix falsch macht, aber auch keine neue Innovation bringt.

Es ist ein recht klassisches Dunkles aus Deutschland das dementsprechend malzig-süß ist 🍩🥧.
Sonst ist es aber schön ausgewogen und rund.
Nicht das große Kreativbier, aber als uriges, süßes Dunkles 🐈⬛ passt es gut.
