Bottle shared at Pot Still. It pours clear amber - brown with a medium fluffy off - white head. The aroma is toasty grain, sweet, hint of malt sourness, caramel, toffee, banana bread, fruit cake, banana split, dried fruits and some clove. The taste is crisp, dry initially, toasty grains, cereal, toffee, caramel, dried fruits & berry, warming spice, peppery & clove, something almost vinous about it, leafy and a touch of tannin with a drying finish. Average body and and moderate+, foamy carbonation. Quite a unique take on a weissbier. Neiss.

Bottle. Color: Murky brown, beige head. Aroma: Wheat malt, yeasty, subtle banana. Taste: Wheat malt, caramel, yeasty notes and subtle banana. Hints of roasted malt. Banana getting stronger towards the finish. Just over medium body, just below average carbonation. Moderate to over moderate sweet, moderate bitterness. Nice one.

500ml bottle from Raynville Superstore. It pours deep ruby with a thick, fluffy light tan head. The aroma is sweet, but also spicy, slightly medicinal, clove rock, cola cubes, dried fruits, banana loaf, nutty, cacao nibs and hearty brown bread. The taste is initially firm and dry, medicinal, warming, herbal, splash of jager, clove, cola cubes, nutty, dusty, brown bread, banana bread, kick of booze, toothy, light tannin and wee chocolate bananas with a drying finish. Medium+ body and moderate, foamy carbonation. Nice depth of flavour. Robust and satisfying.

Bottle at home with the barbecue flaring, 13th June 2023. Pours pretty dark for a weiss, orange brown. Aroma is yeast, some banana, citrus, refreshing. Went down quickly

Murky dark amber/brown colour, white creamy foam. Nose of banana, citrus, sweet malts, refreshing but also full body. Great Dunkelweizen.

Bottle online from Raynville Superstore. Slight gusher. Pours a caramel brown colour with a thin throthy off-white head. Aromas of bananas, cloves, toffee, caramel and a little peppery spice. Taste has lots of the same notes again. Thin to medium body, a fair amount of carbonation with fizzy palate. Decent slightly above average Dunkel Weissbier.
