Sample at GTMW 24, 8/10/24. New brewery! Brewery #2299. USA #1894, Ill # 89. Dark rust, thin off-white head, average retention. Aroma of tart cherry, oak, pepper. Taste is tart cherry, pepper.

Old rating from notes, GTMW 2023 I believe. Peach is light but it takes ove the beer in the flavor and roma. surprisingly dlry. Tart yeast.

GTMW 2023. Decent pils. Hops are light, not as dry and crisp as I would expect from a Czech pils but still enjoyable.

Draught @ the taproom. Clear golden with a foamy whitish head, very faint grain aroma, medium carbonation, medium bitter lightly yeasty taste with faint basement flavors, thin body, long finish. A bit thin on the flavor side.

Draught @ the Willow Springs location. Clear dark orange-yellow with a small foamy off-white head, malty orange peel aroma, low carbonation, faintly piney bitter orange peel taste, thin body, long bitter finish. Decent DIPA.
