Draft at the Charlotte brewery. Clear golden color white head. Floral aroma with subtle black pepper. Taste has light pepper and biscuit. Boozy.

Draft at the source. Almost clear!!! And lightly bitter! Citrus aroma. Lightly bitter dry fruit taste. A real IPA.

Tap at taproom. Vintage 2016 spent 12 months in bourbon barrel, abv 10%. Opaque black colour, tiny beige head. Aroma has bourbon booze, vanilla, toffee and toastyness. Medium-bodied. Flavour has bourbon burn, vanilla, wood, even dark chocolate. Quite boozy.

Tap at taproom. Murky OJ yellow colour, small white head. Juicy, citrusy aroma. Medium-bodied. Juicy, gooseberry, citrus in the flavour. All juice IPA elements are there but lacks substance.

Tap at taproom. A bit hazy pale yellow colour, small white colour. Light wheaty wort aroma. Light-bodied. Some wheaty banana flavour and grass. Crisp, a bit lemony finish. Meh.
