On tap downstairs at Thirsty Monk the night before Brewgrass. Pours yellow orange with plenty of funk on the nose. Taste is far more mellow but you get some yeast, and peaches, and bubblegum. fairly light and easy drinking

Served on draft at Mellow Mushroom Hickory, NC on 4/7/11. Pours a hazy orange color with a medium creamy white head. Good head retention and lacing. Aroma of herbal, spicy hops. The taste is bitter citrus and herbal hops and pale malts. Lingering bitterness. Medium bodied.

Served on draft at Mellow Mushroom Hickory, NC on 4/7/11. Pours a slightly hazy pale yellow color with a thin creamy white head. Decent head retention and lacing. Aroma of coriander, citrus and wheat. The taste is tart wheat notes, citrus, nutty and toasty notes and a sweet finish. Medium bodied.

Draft @ Hickory Hops 2011, Hickory, NC. Pours a reddish amber color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty hoppy aroma with hints of caramel. Fruity malty weak hoppy flavor with hints of caramel. Has a fruity malty hoppy finish.

on tap @Brewers Jam-pours a tan head and brownish red color. Aroma is tart fruit, oak/char, medium malt. Taste follows. Kinda weird, would have liked a bit more understanding to what was attempted vs what I drank.
