It all began with a Christmas gift in 1994. Billy Pyatt, a notoriously hard guy to buy presents for, fell in love with the carboys, pots, hydrometers, grains, hops, chemistry, and physics involved in brewing. His brother, Scott, fell right in with him. Their love became an obsession that could only be resolved by going pro – not an easy thing to do in 1999!
We have tasting Rooms in Asheville, Morganton and Charlotte NC. Our kegs & cans are distributed in TN, NC, SC, GA and AL.

Brown color with a vegetable aroma, mild pumpkin pie space. Taster is a little malty with a pronounced vegetable flavor, subdued pumpkin pie spices. Lingering earthy vegetable aftertaste. A little alcohol burn at the finish.

Can. Not really the best IPA out there. Gold color. Usally grapefruit aroma and gruitfruit taste.

Can. Light cloudy, gold color with a nice head. It was suppose to have the aroma and flavors of a Belgian Wit beer but it was sorely lacking.

Can. Cloudy, light brown with an ever so faint pink hue that’s nearly visible. Medium head. Aroma and flavor is exactly like the name. A peanut butter and jelly sandwich. Taste like peanut butter, jelly and bread. Actually not bad.

Can. Nice IPA. Very slight cloudy, gold in color with a very nice two finger head and some lace. Aroma is light fruitiness with a touch of very light, clean pine. Taste is slightly sweet up front with fruitiness and bitterness in the middle and a bitter finish.
