The aim is to source our ingredients as close to the Blendery as possible. We work with farmers and growers directly, and promote their amazing produce through our beers, our website and social media.
Our work is seasonal. We brew in the cold months and fruit in the warm. Each beer we make is of that year. It is of that season and it cannot be replicated anywhere else in the world.

(Draught at Mother Kelly's Vauxhall, London, 24 Nov 2024) Reddish amber colour with brief, off-white head. Fruity nose with blackberries, citrus, a touch of funk and wild berries. Fruity, tart taste with notes of blackberries, plums, citrus, barnyard and oak wood. Low bitterness. Medium body, dry. Fresh and tart, with a good blackberry character. Very nice.
Interesting. Fruity, not so tart, some kind of black treacle thing going on.
Lovely stuff. Oaky, tart, creamy. Bit of funk.
Nice and dirty. Got that great almondy cherry taste. Lightly earthy in a good way. Nice and tart. Good stuff

Very interesting! Got the usual barrel oakiness and the barnyard stuff but the cognac barrel adds a weird little sweetness at the end. Something almost creamy too. This is very nice.
Smells of armpits in a nice way. Taste is strangely spicy, almonds, cherry. Not so sour. Fruitiness is the best bit. Doesn’t seem that complex, but it’s pretty nice.

Very, very nice. Got the great funkiness and the hops really add something. Don’t know Harlequin hops but this is very good. Really enjoyable and very easy drinking
Nice stuff. Fruit is kind of subtle, but the funk is great. Horse blanket etc. Further down there’s a bit more fruit.
Nice stuff. Lots of funk as usual. Couldn’t put my finger on the blackcurrants till I read it. Quite fun indeed.

CBJ bottleshare. Thanks to Fergus for the bottle. Hazy watermelon colour beer, airy palate, semi dry, good fine carbonation. Slightly acetic tart fruits. A mild lemon acid and funk. Light semi dry finish. Reasonably approachable for a sour.
