33cl can de LaSource taproom. BB 17.10.2022.

330ml bottle. Hazy, yellow-ish golden colour with average to huge, firm, frothy, moderately to mostly lasting, moderately lacing, white head. Fruity and minimally piney, hoppy aroma, notes of pineapple, some passion fruit, some mirabelle, some melon. Taste is citrusy and tropical fruity hoppy, sweet-ish, biscuity, pale malty basis, notes of orange, mandarine, pineapple, some passion fruit, melon, mirabelle, a sugary touch; prickly carbonation. Very clean, tremendously fruity, sadly a tad too sugary and minimally overcarbonated. Very nice.

Tap at Gist. Hazy light yellow golden with white head. Lots of bergamot, light lemon, very herbal, wheat, soft flowers. Mostly herbs and bergamot. Almost medium sour and bitter. Light sweet. Under medium bodied. Interesting, not to drink a lot of, but sharing a glass is quite nice.

Towering just off-white head leaving textbook lace over clear orangey-coppery beer. Milk-y nose, sour-ish and asafoetida, citruspeel, grapefruit, and yet some malthints. Bitterish, faintly caramel, asafoetida and fruity nose. Bitterish dry herbs, bit dusty, peppery, laurel. Slick, not very well-bodied, well-carbonated. Belgian IPA - what does that mean? If it means IPA made in Belgium, no problemo. If it designates a "style", b*ll*cks! In this case, it's a quite well-made classical IPA. From Valduc-Thor, and not brewed à La Source , as is mentioned outright on the label.

Pretty cloudy orange beer, big fizzy aery irregular white head, unstable, falls down quickly, non adhesive. Aroma: quite some very ripe tropical fruits, berries, some citrus, orange peel, funky, bit sourish, some papaya. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: lots of orange peel, ripe tropical fruits, nice acidity, little sourish. Aftertaste: more sourish, oranges, nice acidity, more ripe tropical fruit, nice bitterness.
