33cl can de LaSource taproom. BB 18/4/2020.
Dorée-orangée, léger voile, col fin crémeux blanc-cassé.
Arôme est chargé en notes de mangue, parfum tropical plaisant. Rétro fin de grains, purée de mangue.
Palais est fruité - mangue à foison, petite touche de poudre houblonnée ajoutant encore un effet épicé avec une petite touche de résineux. Petite rondeur de bouche des grains.

Full glass @ Station 1280. My first La Source beer at long last. Regular hazy with creamy lacing white head. Nose is white grape oil with very interesting heavy straw & burlap sack profile suggesting almost malt but not quite what it is. Taste is oily white grape which ends in more old school bitter straw, very dry hint of malt but no malt in mouthfeel & strong burlap sack, even if not necessarily my preferred IPA profile, very interesting beer none the less. Pleasant introduction.

Pours unclear blonde, small white head. Smell is mild, yellow fruits, mild orange. Grassy. Taste is full, intense, malty. Tad bitter, yeasty ( BE style) , tad sweet. Malty ( white bread) , mild hoppy finish.
