Pours very foamy , bit unclear blonde. Foam fades medium slow, especially for the size. Scent is be yeast, bready malts, some spices but not at all dominant, and hard to pinpoint exactly what they are. Lemons are recognizable if known. Taste is sharp, slick acidity, lactic acid seemingly, some citric tartness and aroma as well. Spices are mild but not lost. Carbonation is (too) high. Feels a bit oily though its fairly dry tastewise. Bit of a weird beer, but that meets expectations after reading the description. It doesnt become off putting though, which is a thin line not to cross, but gistgeest handled it well. Still, wouldnt call this my favorite either. Perhaps it would be better with the food it's made for to be paired with ?

Pretty clear orange blond beer, creamy big yellowish head, pretty stable, a bit adhesive. Aroma: very spicy, yeasty, dirty, weird, funky, raw carrots, malty touch, chemical, quite some band-aid. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: yeasty, dirty, weird, funky, unpleasant, rubbery, chemical. Aftertaste: soft bitterness, more chemical flavours, dirty, weird, unpleasant finish, don’t like this one little bit. Something clearly went badly wrong in the brewing of this beer. The outcome is horrible!

Pours clear blonde . Medium white head. Scent is mild, some earthy hops. Taste is mild, easy drinker. Lactic acid, but not very outspoken. Mild hops. Very thirst quenchening, and nicely balanced.

Pours very dark chocolaty brown. Small white head. Scent is chocolate, burnt malts but not ashy. Taste is dry, tart, wheat, astigent. Mild burnt malts. Decent but not my style. What a cool concept though, to make a black witbier !!!

Pours bazy yellow. medium white , stable head. Scent is fairly spicy , saison yeast. Mild and easy. Taste is full, a bit dry , saison spicyness is mild but present. Seemingly east asian hops (sorachi ace ? ) nice enough easy drinker

Clear orange blond beer, creamy solid off-white head, unstable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: spicy yeasty profile, grains, hay, some banana. MF: lively carbon, medium body. Taste: nice, a bit sweet, malty, grains, soft bitterness, grassy. Aftertaste: banana, grains, sweet, gentle bitterness.

Bottle at tasting. Clear yellow color, full sized white head. Aroma and flavor are lightly malts, yeasty, light tartish hints, herbal a bit and a sweetish hint. Fizzy carbonation, decent body. Not bad but a bit fizzy carbonation that lightly annoys me.

(Draught at Billie's Bier Kafétaria, Antwerpen, 19 Oct 2023) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, slightly spicy nose with notes of bread, orange and hay. Fruity taste with bread, citrus, grass and a gentle spicy/floral bitterness. Medium body, dry. Tasty and refreshing. Quite nice.
