Draft: Poured a clear light brown color ale with a small foamy head. Aroma of dry nutty flavours with some grainy notes. Taste is also a mix of grainy malt notes with light nutty flavours and a dry finish. Body is about average for style with good carbonation. Not bad thought buckwheat notes are not as smooth as I was expecting.

Draft: Poured a pale hazy yellow color ale with a small foamy head. Aroma of wheat malt and jasmine notes is OK. Taste is a mix between some dry wheat malt with stronger than expected jasmine notes. Body is light with good carbonation. I thought this was too perfumy for my own taste.

A golden ale with a thin lacing off white head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, light citrus pulp, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity biscuit malt with citrusy floral hops, pink grapefruit, classic. On tap at brewery.

[ As Buckledown Fiddlesticks ].Clear medium orange yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, moderate hoppy, flowers, passion fruit, tropical fruit. Flavour is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter with a long duration, passion fruit, flowers, tropical fruit, light yeasty. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft.
