Forni di Sopra, anno 2008, Dolomiti Friulane… tutto nasce qui. E qui continuerà a svilupparsi, tra sperimentazione ed applicazione al servizio di quest’arte antichissima.

Nel nostro laboratorio birraio dalla capacità produttiva di 2.000 litri di mosto al giorno, creiamo numerose specialità brassicole, senza compromessi nella scelta della miglior materia prima disponibile. Senza scegliere microfiltrazione, pastorizzazione o altri artifizi che aumenterebbero la shelf life dei nostri prodotti, ma diminuirebbero al contempo caratteristiche organolettiche e freschezza.

La birra artigianale è una goccia di natura e dà il proprio meglio quando ne rispettiamo la stessa freschezza, attraverso l’accortezza nella conservazione e nel servizio, richiedendola in minor quantità, ma più frequentemente.

Thank you for sharing! Sampled draft @ Swafff 2018. Clear (????) golden, creamy white. Nose is hazy corn, creamy, bread, fluffy. Nicely creamy white bread, oily, hay, fresh field, thick bodied, bit too neutral but fair, just the clear appearance.

Thank you for sharing! Sampled draft @ Swafff 2018. Black, mocha head. Nose is weird chocolate mixed with halva & sunflower seeds. Peculiar but nice sweet halva, chocolate, mocha, sunflower seeds. Medium syrup chocolate body, peculiar but nice.

Bottled 330ml. -from Eataly Trieste. Black coloured, small to medium sized pale beige head, distinct coffee in the nose. Toasted malt, coffee, light chicory and caramel with short dry coffeeish finish. One-dimensional but ok.

Draft at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours crisp pale gold with fine white foam. Aroma is nice and grainy. Body is average with moderate carbonation. Taste is moderately bitter, with some sweetness going on also in the final.
