Bottle thanks to Peeps. Appearance - golden with a slightly off-white head. Nose - grainy and a little bit of caramel. Just a hint of citrus and green herb. Taste - more caramel and the grainy cereal. Palate - light bodied, the finish could be fresher. Overall - lack of bitterness considering the style.

Bottle thanks to Peeps. Appearance - black body with beige to tan head. Nose - blackcurrant, light liquorice and just a hint of smoke. Taste - light smoke and liquorice again. Mainly berry fruit, molasses and a touch of the vanilla. Palate - medium bodied, silky middle and a roasty finish. Overall - very nice indeed.

Bottle thanks to Peeps. Appearance - deep amber to brown. Slightly off-white head. Nose - some tangy red fruit like redcurrant. Caramel and light earthiness. Taste - caramel mainly, a bit of graininess. Some red fruit again. Palate - medium bodied, roasty and lightly tannic edge. Overall - ok.

Bottle thanks to Peeps. Appearance - deep amber and clear. Off-white head. Nose - caramel, light spiced biscuit and general graininess. Taste - graininess dominates, caramel too. Palate - light to medium bodied. Sweet middle and only slight bitterness on the finish. Overall - loaded as a Bitter rather than an IPA which is correct.

50cl bottle thanks to Peeps. Appearance - golden yellow. Decent snow white head. Nose - meadow flowers, light green pot plant thing. Brown bread at the back. Taste - lemon, custard and grainy. Palate - light bodied, creamy texture, decent bitterness. Overall - ok, but a bit grainy.
