Draft @ Coppertail. Orangée trouble-rougeâtre, col fin crémeux rosé. Arôme au bouquet de cerise, sorte griotte apportant une fine note aigrelette qui se combine au bouquet de sour mash grains un peu lactique. Palais de cerise, profile aigre un peu plus discret. Certaine douceur fruitée semble persister. Fini fleuri et herbacé avec cette impression de cerise pâtissier que je ne trouvais pas dans l’arôme.

Draft @ Coppertail. Trouble pâle, paille, fin blanc. Arôme est agréable, fruité avec un bouquet prenant offrant un léger rappel de fruit de la passion, retrouve un rétro typique de grains. Palais est agréable, plein de fruité qui donne une note tropicale à cette bière qui se base sur un caractère plus lactique. Retrouve une fine aigreur et une note de drêche. Fini est sec et rafraichissant.

Dark brown. Thin head. Rich dark chocolate character, with a light sweet note. The body is a bit thin, a bit peanutty, but the finish is thin, with no Baltic character...too light and has no Baltic character (why was it billed as such?).

A lightly hazed blonde ale with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with light floral hops and smooth coffee grind, nice. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with grassy floral hops, light coffee grind and light butterscotch, OK. On tap at brewery.

A deep dark stout with a thin mocha head. In aroma, bitter chocolate with coffee light herbal hops and light mineral notes. In mouth, a nice bitter chocolate with coffee grind, musty character, light caramel malt, nice and complex. On tap at brewery.

A dark brown porter with a thin mocha head. In aroma, sweet fruity chocolate malt with light fruity notes, light berries, light mineral notes, very nice. A golden ipa with a thin creamy white head. In aroma, sweet fruity caramel malt with smooth floral hops, grapefruit pulp, nice and smooth. In mouth, a nice fruity biscuit malt with loads of funky piney and catty floral hops, light sulfur, Nelson Sauvin hop, grapeskin, nice and complex. On tap at brewery.

A golden ipa with a thin lacing off white head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with loads of piney resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, very nice. In mouth, a surprising hop bomb for a session ipa, with light biscuit malt but loads of citrus hops, tropical fruit, nice and pleasant, hoppy quaffer. On tap at brewery.

A hazed murky yellow Weisse with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, light lemony Weisse with light lime, lactic acid, Epsom salts, nice. In mouth, key lime pie in your mouth, not too sweet, light lime, lactic acid, very nice and smooth, summer quaffer. On tap at brewery.
