We brouwen ons bier volgens de slogan "Beer for Thought".

Bottle shared. Hazy copper with big fluffy off white head. Light black pepper, caramel, some plastic, vanilla, dry bitter spices with nutmeg. Under medium sweet with lasting plastic bitter finish. Medium bodied with strong fizzy carbonation and alcoholic finish. Bit messy, don’t really like it.

Bottle from Dorst, The Hague. Pitch black pour with a thin and short-lived espresso head. Notes of coffee, roasted malts, a light fruit sourness that resembles unripe plums, some bitter hops and a hint of caramel. Medium body and carbonatinon and a roasty bitter finish.
