Tap. Rather clear amber-reddish color with white head. Aroma is caramel, earthy-herbal, a bit toffee, a touch soapy. Taste is the same, a bit sweet-bready, some berries. Silky mouthfeel with soft carbonation.

Tap. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is citric hops, a bit farty yeasts, very nice, bready. Taste is bready, a bit sweet, citric hops. Soft silky mouthfeel with natural carbonation. Nice one, although a bit sweet and perfumed for Franconian standards.

Draught (Zum Sternla, Bamberg) - Hazy amber. Sultanas, nuts and some bready and slightly fruity notes in the aroma. Nicely balanced taste, not too sweet and with the bready notes you come to expect from many examples of this style. Dried apricots, caramel, walnuts and peach detected.

Draught (Zum Sternla, Bamberg) - Hazy amber in colour. Malty aroma with rye bread and sultanas. Malty and moderately sweet taste with notes of caramel, sultanas and dried apricot.
